Samples are accepted Monday through Saturday 7-5pm PST. If mailing on Friday please make sure Saturday delivery is marked.
GenomeConsult provides pre-paid shipping kits.
When shipping a sample please enclose the requisition form, patient insurance information, reports (pathology, flow cytometry) with appropriate samples. Please contact GenomeConsult at 210-593-2514 or info@startgenomeconsult.com for any questions regarding shipping or sample requirements. After analysis FFPE blocks will be returned.
