We at GenomeConsult are committed to making molecular diagnostic testing available to all patients, and ensuring that the results of these tests positively impact patient care and outcome.

We are the personalized medicine providers of South Texas helping laboratories, physicians, and patients get the global genome view through DNA-based genomic testing. GenomeConsult is located at The START Center for Cancer Care in the heart of the South Texas Medical Center, and serves physicians and patients throughout the US, Mexico, and abroad. Every patient is important to us, and we begin our management of each case with a physician and/or patient consultation to determine what clinical questions can be answered by DNA-based genomic evaluation. After appropriate testing has been planned GenomeConsult coordinates the transfer of tissue, interprets the results, and guides physician and patient decisions about how to incorporate test results into treatment decisions.
